HortEcology® is the Botanical Garden’s signature curriculum series that helps gardeners make beautiful, ecologically functional plantings utilizing methods developed and applied at the Garden.
This course is a follow-up to the HortEcology® Design Workshop but can be taken by anyone. Participants will learn to implement naturalistic planting designs and ecologically manage these spaces for beauty and interest. Using examples from the Botanical Garden, you’ll observe practices at work, partake in demonstrations and receive a course pack compiled from expert sources. Registrants will receive a voucher for 15% off a purchase at the Spring Garden Festival. Registration includes both sessions.
