Learn to calm the mind and relax the body to promote a healthier, more productive life. This simple meditation technique is designed for all skill levels to improve circulation and lower blood pressure, stress and anxiety.

All wellness programs will take place outdoors as weather permits. Face coverings are required for all attendees and physical distancing will be enforced.

Meditation classes are held from 10 to 11 a.m. on the second Saturday of the month.
