Unwind, renew and reconnect your spirit to nature in the beauty and serenity of the Botanical Garden on the last Wednesday of every month. This all-levels yoga series is designed to help you explore your practice with a variety of experienced and personable instructors from across the Midwest. Arrive at 5:30 p.m. to spend fifteen minutes enjoying the gardens, and then participate in a 75-minute yoga practice at 5:45 p.m. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel. Walk-in spots may not always be available for each class. Guarantee your spot by registering in advance.
