A Message About COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Botanical Garden Closed Until Further Notice

As the threat of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues, the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden will remain closed until further notice. This includes regular admission in addition to all classes, programs, events, the Garden Shop and Trellis Café. Visit our websiteFacebookInstagram and Pinterest pages for new gardening content daily. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to welcoming you to the Garden as soon as possible.

In the interest of health and safety in light of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we are shifting the 2020 Spring Garden Festival to an online plant sale with curbside pickup. The opening night celebration, garden art and vendor fair, pop-up activities and the members’ breakfast are canceled. We will announce details on how and when to purchase and pickup plants in the coming days. Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support, and thank you to our presenting sponsor, Country Landscapes.
