Featuring Zheng Lianjie, Goizane Esain, Karen Strohbeen and Bill Luchsinger
Moberg at the Garden brings a group of artists together from diverse backgrounds to brighten our cold weather months with vibrant color, technical mastery, old-world techniques, and modern design. Zheng Lianjie, originally from Beijing, based in New York, and a frequent visitor to Iowa, combines Chinese calligraphy with ink brush drawing exclaiming his happiness. Spanish-born Iowa transplant, Goizane Esain uses her background in design and photography to produce slices of DSM landmarks and the natural beauty of the GDMBG. Iowa’s favorite artistic couple, Karen Strohbeen and Bill Luchsinger share the joy found in their gardens mixed with whimsical creativity and digital printmaking mastery.
