Visit the Botanical Garden and enjoy a warm tropical conservatory, explore beautiful outdoor gardens spring through fall, and learn about plants and gardening–all at no cost. Simply present an EBT card and a valid ID and receive unlimited free admission for up to four people.

How does Museums for All work?
Through Museums for All, the Botanical Garden offers free admission for up to four people with the presentation of a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card and a valid form of photo ID.
Do I need to register for anything?
No. Simply visit the Botanical Garden and show your SNAP EBT card and a photo ID, and you will receive free admission for up to four people, as often as you’d like.
Do I pay for admission with my SNAP EBT card?
No, your SNAP EBT card is only for identification purposes. There is no cost to access the Botanical Garden through Museums for All.
I have one SNAP EBT card. How many people can get the Museums for All rate with that card?
Each SNAP EBT card allows up to four people to get the Museums for All rate.
Can I use WIC or something other than SNAP to get the Museums for All rate?
Yes, we also accept WIC along with an ID.

Iowa Libraries Adventure Pass Program
Through the Iowa Libraries Adventure Pass Program, the Botanical Garden welcomes patrons from 17 metro and regional libraries. Cardholders at participating libraries may check out a family pass to visit the Garden at no cost.
