Museums for All FAQs
How does Museums for All work?
Through Museums for All, the Botanical Garden offers free admission for up to four people with the presentation of a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card and a valid form of photo ID.
Do I need to register for anything?
No. Simply visit the Botanical Garden and show your SNAP EBT card and a photo ID, and you will receive free admission for up to four people, as often as you’d like.
Do I pay for admission with my SNAP EBT card?
No, your SNAP EBT card is only for identification purposes. There is no cost to access the Botanical Garden through Museums for All.
I have one SNAP EBT card. How many people can get the Museums for All rate with that card?
Each SNAP EBT card allows up to four people to get the Museums for All rate.
Can I use WIC or something other than SNAP to get the Museums for All rate?
Yes, we also accept WIC along with an ID.
What about special events?
WIC and SNAP EBT cards may be used at signature events that are included with general admission, such as Botanical Blues or Social Irrigation. However, our ticketed signature events, like Champagne and Chocolate or the Spring Garden Festival opening night, require a ticket purchased at regular price.
